Partner Jean-Luc Fisch was a panellist at the ALFI PE &RE Conference. This is an annual event where leading Private Equity and Real Estate fund professionals – finance, compliance and operations experts – get together to discuss an ever-changing business environment, the impact of regulatory developments, operational considerations and industry best practices.

The panel focused on tax aspects of PE as a lifelong learning experience, with particular attention to ATAD, BEPS Action point 6 (substance) and DAC Mandatory Disclosure Rules - how to deal with the new EU rules in practice, as well as the impacts on PE fund structuring.
