On the 25th June, Partners Linda Funck and Gary Cywie shared with a group of GDPR familiar contacts their experience on noteworthy topics concerning the application of the GDPR. During the first part of the seminar, they focused on the difficulties observed and solutions adopted or proposed on hot topics ranging from controllership determination, marketing and data breaches to transfers of personal data. In the second part they discussed the Luxembourg specificities further to the adoption of the Law of 1st August 2018, reminding attendees the regime applicable to monitoring at the work place and warning them about CNPD’s new powers.

They also provided the attendees with  practical recommendations to help improve their GDPR compliance.
