IBA Miami 2022

Our firm was present at this year’s International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference in Miami, USA. The delegation was composed of Yves Prussen, Pit Reckinger, Katia Panichi, Frédérique Lifrange, Cintia Martins Costa, Yves Elvinger, partners and Fiorenza Cingolani, senior associate and Ben Reckinger, associate. Nicolas Fermaud, partner of Elvinger New York also attended.

The weeklong conference took place from 30 October to 4 November and is the leading conference for legal professionals worldwide to meet, share knowledge, build contacts and develop business.

Yves Elvinger was a panellist on two discussions focusing on sustainability. The first, entitled “Where does the proper governance on climate change shift within companies’ starts or boosts?” took place on Tuesday 1 November. The second panel took place on Thursday 3 November and analysed the latest developments in ESG and asset management.
