In the context of the IBA Virtually Together conference, Partner Cintia Martins Costa attended, as panel speaker, the session on “How can I finance my company” which took place on 4 November 2020. During this session, panellists reviewed the key options available for funding growing companies, including the pros and cons of the various options and key considerations for companies.

Cintia discussed Luxembourg fund raising aspects and current trends. She further gave an overview of the current challenges of raising capital on the debt and equity capital markets.
