On 27 April 2022 the Luxembourg Arbitration Association organised a Luxembourg Arbitration Day at the Chamber of Commerce of Luxembourg. The event targeted Luxembourg and international lawyers, up-and-coming practitioners, academics, and in-house counsel wanting to enhance their arbitration-related knowledge and skills. The event was co-sponsored by our firm.

Partner Elisabeth Omes moderated a session on “Allegations of Corruption in International Arbitration” which included notion of corruption, challenges in proving corruption, strategic considerations in alleging corruption and legal consequences and remedies.
