On 31 March Partner Luc Frieden was a panellist on a discussion about post-Brexit implications in the financial services sector, an important sector to both Luxembourg and the UK. The online event was organised by the Luxembourg-American Chamber of Commerce in New York (LACC).

On Christmas Eve 2020 a post-Brexit deal on trade and future EU-UK relations was struck, just days before the transition period was scheduled to end. The panel discussed where the EU and UK stand on this and what it means for the future.
