During the ALFI Hong Kong Breakfast Seminar on 8 May, partner Xavier Le Sourne was part of a panel discussion entitled Tax and corporate structuring of Luxembourg partnerships. The focus of the panel was on the corporate, regulatory and tax aspects of a Luxembourg partnership structure, but also on an essential toolkit for distributing private equity, real estate and venture capital funds within the European Union.
