Promoting diversity in all its forms is a key value of our firm and part of our development strategy. Elvinger Hoss Prussen is happy to have been co-head sponsor of Luxembourg Pride 2022.

To kick off pride month at our firm, we organised an LGBTIQ+ conference, entitled LGBTQIA2S+ and allies: getting to know the community, at our premises on 17 June. A representative of Rosa Lëtzebuerg, an association advocating LGBTIQ+ issues, addressed important LGBTQ topics such as:

• LGBTIQ+ icons
• LGBTIQ+ history
• Being LGBTIQ+ at work and its implications
• How to be an ally at work
• Promote LGBTIQ+ at work from management’s perspective
