Laura Arpetti
Partner
Partner Laura Arpetti’s practice focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution with a specific focus on corporate and investment funds related litigation. In this context, she regularly assists clients in cross-border disputes and international arbitration, as well as before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Laura actively participates in various working groups on civil law and civil procedure, and is a member of the Luxembourg Arbitration Association.
She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014.
Caroline Bocklandt

Partner Caroline Bocklandt's principal field of activity is corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisition structuring, private equity, financing and ESG.
Prior to joining Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2016, Caroline worked for an international law firm in Luxembourg for two and a half years.
She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014. She holds a Master’s degree in European law and comparative law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas as well as LL.M.s in European law and comparative law from the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and King’s College, London.
Nadège Le Gouellec
Partner
Partner Nadège Le Gouellec specialises in Luxembourg and international tax law. She advises a wide range of multinationals and private equity funds with respect to their tax structure in Luxembourg. Her advice relates mainly to acquisitions, project financing, structured finance, corporate reorganisations and real estate.
She also has extensive experience and focus on tax controversy and tax litigation.
Nadège has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2012 and the Paris Bar since 2012.
Tiago Nogueira
Partner
Partner Tiago Nogueira’s practice focuses on banking, insurance and financial services regulatory matters. He advises a large number of credit institutions, MIFID firms, and insurance companies, professionals of the financial sector and payment/electronic money institutions on a wide range of regulatory matters, including CRD/CRR, MiFID, IFD/IFR, PSD and AML.
He specialises in the field of licence applications, acquisitions/disposals of qualifying holdings, group reorganisations, buyer/vendor due diligences and inspections by regulatory authorities.
He is a member of the Board and Secretary of the European Society for Banking and Financial Law (Luxembourg Section). He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014.
Katrien Veranneman

Partner Katrien Veranneman's practice focuses on EU and Luxembourg competition law as well as on foreign direct investment control and international sanctions. Katrien also advises on financial sector regulatory matters and ESG topics. She is an EU litigation expert and assists clients before the EU courts. Katrien is a member of the Delegation of the CCBE (Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe) to the EU Courts and of the Board of the ALEDC (Association Luxembourgeoise pour l'Etude du Droit de la Concurrence). She also chairs the Luxembourg Bar's technical committee on EU law. Katrien has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016.
Cristina Beniog

Counsel Cristina Beniog’s practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets (debt and equity), financial and securities law.
Cristina has significant experience in finance and capital market projects and she advises a number of listed and unlisted companies on a regular basis. Furthermore, she is frequently involved in a wide range of complex corporate, private equity and financing matters. Cristina has been a member of the Paris and Luxembourg Bars since 2014.
Aurélie Budzin-Dang

Counsel Aurélie Budzin-Dang’s practice focuses on producing and managing tax knowledge and providing technical and strategic tax advice to client teams.
Prior to joining the knowledge development team, Aurélie worked for several years as a transactional tax lawyer with Elvinger Hoss Prussen and other firms.
She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2011.
Sophie Chabot

Counsel Sophie Chabot’s practice concentrates on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private equity, financing and refinancing (including fund financing, real estate, acquisition, leverage, structured finance and syndicated transactions). Sophie advises a number of private equity firms, international groups, lenders, borrowers and sponsors, on financing and refinancing as well as restructuring.
She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016.
Laurent Constant
Counsel
Counsel Laurent Constant’s principal fields of expertise are fund finance, secured lending, structured finance, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring.
Laurent was on a seven-month secondment to Sixth Street Partners in Luxembourg in 2016 and on a six-month secondment to Slaughter and May in London (UK) in 2022.
He has been a member of the Luxembourg bar since 2014.
Marie-Sybille Frapier

Counsel Marie-Sybille Frapier’s fields of expertise are corporate law, cross-border financing and refinancing (including fund financing), private equity as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Marie-Sybille advises clients on, among other things, due diligence process, set-up of acquisition structures, restructuring and negotiation of acquisition and financing documents.
She has been a lecturer at the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs for the company secretary training program since 2023 and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2020.
Prior to joining the firm, Marie-Sybille worked for three years in a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg on banking and international capital market matters.
Jérôme Mausen

Counsel Jérôme Mausen’s practice concentrates on collective asset management and Luxembourg investment fund vehicles with a focus on liquid and semi-liquid strategies, including ELTIF and private assets marketed to retail investors. Jérôme is part of the firm’s team advising clients at the forefront of the retailisation of private assets on the set-up and structuring of their Luxembourg fund vehicles.
He enjoys long-standing relationships with his clients and advises them on their ongoing regulatory matters. Jérôme has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014.
Jean-Bernard Spinoit

Counsel Jean-Bernard Spinoit’s practice comprises securitisation, structured finance, capital markets and financial and securities law with a particular focus on all types of securitisation and fund financings.
Jean-Bernard specialises in all aspects of securitisation transactions, including regulated and non-regulated securitisations, as well as in capital market issuances.
He also advises a variety of investment funds and financial institutions on all types of financing transactions involving alternative and securitisation structures (including leverage financings, NAV financings and capital call financings). Jean-Bernard has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014.

Partner Jean-Thomas Pradillon's principal field of activity is the structuring and formation of private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds under the form of regulated or non-regulated vehicles.
Jean-Thomas advises a number of investment fund promoters, their investment vehicles and their investment managers on a wide range of regulatory, commercial and finance matters, throughout the investment cycle (from fund raising to liquidation).
He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015 and is an Avocat à la Cour in Luxembourg. Jean-Thomas is registered in New York as a Foreign Legal Consultant.
