Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided Luxembourg legal advice to Tikehau Capital, the alternative asset management and investment group, in connection with the acquisition and financing of an office building located in the Milanofiori business district in the southern part of Milan through the asset manager’s Tikehau Real Estate Opportunity fund.
