Under the lead of partner Thierry Kauffman, Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Logicor on the Luxembourg law aspects of the issue of (i) EUR 500,000,000 0.625% guaranteed notes due 17 November 2025, (ii) EUR 500,000,000 1.625% guaranteed notes due 17 January 2030, and (iii) EUR 500,000,000 2.000% guaranteed green notes due 17 January 2034 under its EMTN Programme.
