Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted BC Partners in the set-up of a newco for the acquisition of IMA Spa, a world leader in the design and manufacturing of automatic machines for the processing and packaging of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, tea, coffee and foods.
The team was led by partner Katia Panichi.
