Under the lead of Partner Anna Hermelinski-Ayache,  Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised CSM Ingredients (a manufacturer and supplier of food ingredients in Europe and Asia), a subsidiary held by Investindustrial VII LP, on the Luxembourg law aspects of its acquisition of Hi-Food, an Italian company specialising in the research, development and production of natural origin and plant-based ingredients.
