EUR26.7m Series A capital raise for Clearspace co-lead by OTB Ventures and Swisscom Ventures

Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided legal advice to OTB Ventures on Luxembourg law matters in relation to the Series A funding round of an aggregate amount of EUR 26.7 Million co-lead by OTB Ventures and Swisscom Ventures. 

Clearspace is a start-up working on technology for space debris removal. 

The team was lead by partner Linda Funck.
