Elvinger Hoss Prussen acted as Luxembourg legal counsel to Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A., Ardagh Metal Packaging Group Sarl, and Ardagh Metal Packaging Holdings Sarl in relation to a cross-border guarantee and granting of security related to a high yield green notes issuance.
