During “Pink October”, Elvinger Hoss Prussen launched several creative initiatives in support of patients with breast cancer.

Some colleagues raised funds by walking or running, others collected pink shoes, some demonstrated their culinary skills by baking cakes and other goodies in support of the cause, and some created hand-made pink objects to sell.

Many other daily “pink” activities were apparent during the month, all generously supported and encouraged by sponsors.

The money collected has been donated to three charities:

Europa Donna, to support patients with breast cancer;

Fondation Cancer, to help fund a breast cancer research project; and

Omega 90, to provide palliative care for patients in the final stages of life and their families.
