Aurélie Petersen’s practice concentrates on real estate law, covering both transactions and litigation, and more generally all types of development projects. She regularly advises institutional clients, private owners and property developers on complex issues relating to leases or licences to occupy, property ownership structures (property right, emphyteutic right, surface rights, etc.), sales and acquisitions, commonhold and construction. She has gained solid experience in the field of affordable housing with a particular interest in innovative projects (mobility hubs, co-operative society, coliving, etc.).

Prior to joining the firm, Aurélie worked for more than 10 years for another law firm in Luxembourg.
Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2011.

Law degree in French and German law from the Universität des Saarlandes (Germany).
Master’s degree in Law from the Université de Strasbourg (France).
