Benoit Nerriec

Benoît Nerriec’s practice focuses on financing transactions, securitisation, structured finance and financial law, with a particular focus on securitisation and fund financings. He advises a number of investment funds and financial institutions on all types of financing transactions involving alternative and securitisation structures (including leverage financings and capital call financings).
Career and memberships
Member of the Paris Bar since 2024 and has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar under his home title since 2024.
Admitted to the New York Bar in 2020.
Joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2017.
Prior to joining the firm, Benoit worked for six years in London in an international law firm and a multinational information firm.

Master’s degree in banking and financial law from the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole (France).
Master’s degree in financial law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
