Partner Caroline Bocklandt's principal field of activity is corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisition structuring, private equity, financing and ESG.
Prior to joining Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2016, Caroline worked for an international law firm in Luxembourg for two and a half years.

Career and memberships

Lecturer at the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs for the Luxembourg company law Essentials program since 2021.

Member of the Ladies in Law Luxembourg Association since 2020.
