Caroline Migeot specialises in investment funds, in particular in the field of UCITS and regulated AIF funds, advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of creating, structuring, operating and marketing investment funds, including compliance questions relevant to investment funds, their managers and service providers.
Caroline focuses on the development of knowledge with regard to the regulatory, corporate, contractual and organisational aspects of Luxembourg investment funds and their managers, both in the UCITS and the AIF environment.
Career and memberships
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Caroline worked for an international law firm in Luxembourg for 19 years.
Member of ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry).
Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2004.
Education
Licence en droit from the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
