Claire De Boeck’s practice concentrates on collective asset management and investment funds.

Claire’s principal filed of activity is the structuring and formation of private equity, real estate and debt funds under the form of regulated or non-regulated vehicles. She advises a number of investment fund promoters and other financial institutions on all aspects of these alternative investment funds, including investment management and advisory issues.

Career and memberships

Member of the Brussels Bar from 1995 to 2013.

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2006.

Prior to joining the firm, Claire worked for 15 years with another Luxembourg law firm and for a few years with a Belgian law firm.

Education

Licence en droit from the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
