Emmanuèle de Dampierre became a member of the Paris Bar in 2010. She joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2014 and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar under her home title the same year.
Emmanuèle holds a maîtrise en droit in private law and a Master’s degree in industrial property law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France) as well as an LLM from McGill University (Canada).
Prior to joining the firm, Emmanuèle worked as an associate in an intellectual property law firm and then in a business law firm (within the Technology / Intellectual Property / Commercial / Media practice) in Paris (France). She is a member of the AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle) and of the APDL (Association pour la Protection des Données au Luxembourg).
