Filipe Ferreira Vilas Boas

Filipe's practice concentrates on commercial, civil and employment litigation.

He also regularly advises and represents clients across all matters of employment law, including hiring and termination strategies, disciplinary procedures, collective redundancies, internal investigations and high-stakes labour court litigation. In addition, Filipe regularly acts in complex civil and commercial disputes, with a particular focus on contractual liability, shareholder disputes and corporate governance conflicts.
