Jérôme Mausen, Counsel at Elvinger Hoss Prussen

Counsel Jérôme Mausen’s practice concentrates on collective asset management and Luxembourg investment fund vehicles with a focus on liquid and semi-liquid strategies, including ELTIF and private assets marketed to retail investors. Jérôme is part of the firm’s team advising clients at the forefront of the retailisation of private assets on the set-up and structuring of their Luxembourg fund vehicles.
He enjoys long-standing relationships with his clients and advises them on their ongoing regulatory matters.
