Paris office

Kenza Bensaid advises a broad range of clients, including private equity firms and other asset managers, on all legal and regulatory aspects relating to the structuring, formation, fundraising, and operation of both regulated and unregulated investment funds. Her practice primarily focuses on private investment funds such as private equity, real estate, debt, infrastructure, and fund-of-funds vehicles, as well as their related transactions and operations.

Prior to re-joining Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2023 (Paris office), Kenza worked for a major international law firm in Paris. She was previously with our firm in the Hong Kong office from 2020 to 2021, after having spent nearly four years with a Chinese law firm in Hong Kong.

Career and memberships

Member of the Paris Bar since 2018.

Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar under her home title since 2024.

Member of the Rabat Bar since 2016.

Solicitor of England and Wales (non-practising).

Education

Master’s degree in business law from the Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (France).

LLM in business law from the Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (France).
