Nathalie Prüm-Carré specialises in administrative law and litigation, particularly in urban planning law, environmental law and public procurement law. 

Nathalie is notably involved in the Luxembourg property sector; in particular, she assists professionals in the construction and urban development sector in all matters relating to urban planning law, from the start of the project up to any potential litigation stage, including the legal review of the various authorisations in the due diligence stage. 

Nathalie also advises on the various possibilities for structuring a building.

Career and memberships

Lecturer in European environmental law and litigation of development plans under the Formation continue en aménagement du territoire programme (ongoing training in land management and planning) at the University of Luxembourg.

Chair of the ALDE (Association Luxembourgeoise pour le Droit de l’Environnement).

Member of the CFCI (Chambre Française de Commerce et d’Industrie au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg).

Prior to joining the firm, Nathalie was a partner at another law firm in Luxembourg.

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1997.

Member of the Montpellier and Paris Bars from 1988 to 1995.

DEA (diplôme d’études approfondies) in private law from the Université de Montpellier (France).

Maîtrise in judicial careers and maîtrise in international law and European law from the Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (France).
