Olivier Gaston-Braud has specialised for more than 15 years in corporate tax, transactional and investment-related tax matters including international tax planning, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, transactional corporate aspects, financing and regulatory matters.
Career and memberships
Member of the IFA (International Fiscal Association) since 2004.
Member of the IBA (International Bar Association) since 2008.
One of the founders and former President of Young IFA Luxembourg.
Before joining Elvinger Hoss Prussen, Olivier worked with another Luxembourg law firm for four years, and before that he was Head of Corporate and Tax Structuring within a Luxembourg bank active in the Nordic market.
Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2011.
DESS (diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées) in tax law from the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole (France).
DEA (diplôme d’études approfondies) in private international law and international business law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
