Silvie Gomes Fernandes

Silvie’s practice focuses on a broad range of financing and refinancing transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, structured finance and syndicated lending. She advises private equity firms, international groups and financial institutions, and has also has expertise in enforcement and restructuring matters.

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since September 2016.

Joined the firm in 2016.

Master's degree in international law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
