Reorganisation of Bitė Group’s

Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Bitė Group and Providence Equity Partners in connection with the reorganisation of the group by separating the telecommunications entities from media entities and the establishment of holding companies in the two areas to enhance the operations of the Bitė Group.

The team was led by partner Anna Hermelinski-Ayache, working in collaboration with senior associate Mateusz Glowacki and lawyer Michele Mancuso.
