Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted Galdana Ventures (a joint venture with Altamar Capital Partners, a Madrid-based firm) in the setting-up of a new RAIF.
The Fund was formed for the purpose of investing in venture capital.
Altamar Capital Partners has been elected "Fund of Funds Manager of the Year in EMEA" in the Private Equity International’s 2020 Awards.
The team was led by partner Xavier Le Sourne.
