Elvinger Hoss assisted Sienna Investment Managers to setup Sienna Startup Nation

Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted Sienna Investment Managers in the setting up of a Luxembourg based S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF, Sienna Startup Nation, under article 48 of the RAIF Law.

This fund shall provide equity and equity-related investments in a diversified venture capital portfolio of early growth technology companies (i) funded by Israeli individuals or (ii) with registered offices in Israel or (iii) whose activity is predominantly conducted in, or whose turnover is principally sourced in Israel and (iv) to promote ESG characteristics and integrate Sustainability Risks and consider principal adverse impacts ("PAIs") in the investment process.
