Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Apollo as to matters of Luxembourg law in connection with the establishment of Apollo Accord+ Fund, SCSp, the Luxembourg parallel fund of Apollo Accord+ Fund ("Accord+"), its commingled multi-asset opportunistic credit fund. Accord+ closed with $2.4 billion in capital commitments. The new capital commitments brought total fundraising for the overarching Accord strategy to approximately $11 billion since inception. Our advice included fund structuring and establishment, closing matters and financing in relation to the Luxembourg parallel fund.
