Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided legal advice to BC Partners LLP with respect to (i) the proposed indirect acquisition by Scaliger Acquisition S.à r.l. of a 45% stake into Fedrigoni S.p.A.., a paper manufacturer based in Italy as part of a co-investment with Canson Capital Partners and (ii) the related equity financing.
