Iconex - acquisition and financing

Elvinger Hoss Prussen acted as Luxembourg counsel to Iconex in relation to its acquisition of MAX International Converters, Inc and the second amendment of its financing agreement.

The team was led by partner Karl Pardaens, alongside Ozan Imrek and Domenico Gonzalez.
