Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Batipart on its acquisition of the Sofitel and Novotel hotels located in Kirchberg and near the city center (representing 20% of the total hotel capacity in Luxembourg) and 2 office buildings of approximately 24,000 sq.m and on the acquisition financing.
