Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted the Intermediate Capital Group in the set-up of its financing arrangements with RBC Europe for its funds ICG Senior Debt Partners Fund – SDP 4A, SDP 4B and SDP 4C. We have amongst others negotiated the terms of financing, the security package for these financing arrangements and issued a legal opinion in relation to the funds.
