Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided legal advice to Maitland, a privately owned global advisory, administration and family office firm, in the sale of its Luxembourg Private Client Services business to Stonehage Fleming, the leading independently owned international Multi Family Office. The business will transfer to Stonehage Fleming, bringing legal, fiduciary, corporate and investment management services capability in 9 locations worldwide.
