Sustainability-linked Revolving Credit Facility

Elvinger Hoss Prussen acted as Luxembourg legal counsel to GLAS USA LLC (administrative agent), Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. New York Branch, Citibank, N.A., HSBC Bank USA, N.A., JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Mizuho Bank, Ltd., MUFG Bank, Ltd., Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A., Luxembourg Branch and The Bank of Nova Scotia (the lenders) in relation to a revolving credit facility dated 16 October 2023 among the admnisrative agent, the lenders and Nexa Resources SA. The team was led by partner Karl Pardaens, alongside Cristina Beniog.
