Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted TDR in connection with (i) the structuring of TDR’s and third-party investors’ funding (Albacore funds and Neuberger Berman) consisting of preferred stock and mandatory convertible preferred shares for the purpose of partially financing the share capital of BCA Marketplace plc, a used vehicle auctioneer listed on the London Stock Exchange and (ii) the implementation of the management incentive plan.
