Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Stryker Corporation, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies, on its $5.4 billion acquisition of Wright Medical Group N.V., a global medical device company focused on extremities and biologics. The acquisition was structured through a complex double Dutch/Luxembourg and Luxembourg/Bermuda cross-border merger.
