Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted Collateral Good Ventures to further promote sustainability in the food-related (packaging, waste) sectors

Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted Collateral Good Ventures in the setting-up a Luxembourg RAIF in the form of an SCSp. This AIF qualifies as an article 9 under SFDR and promotes investments into sustainable packaging and food-waste technology sectors.   

The team was led by partners Xavier Le Sourne and Charlotte Chen. Associates Kenza Bensaïd, Clémentine Grasset and Caroline Kam worked on the matter.
